• The Company is interested in the designing and development of ecologically-sensitive communities, in city shaping and place making.
•  The company’s designs not inclined towards the buildings alone but we are consider in existing natural environment, man-made environment and interior spacing whereby guests can get away from their busy city schedules and enjoy the nature and animals in these settings the company creates.

• The company researches and sources environmentally responsible products to offer to the market.

Corporate Culture

• Reuse of the backs of printed papers to print or photo copy internal letters and reports reduces waste
• Routine recycle of plastic bottles and newspapers
• In terms of energy saving, the company advises all members to switch off all appliances before leaving the office premises at the end of working hours.
• Employee car pooling and bike transportation are encouraged.
• All employees at the company will be given talks conducted for environment awareness and conservation.   

 Reducing Global Warming

• For every 100 miles (by flight) traveled by anyone in the company (work related) the company will plant one tree.
• This activity will be conducted once every 3 months.

Contribution towards Animal Conservation

• The attempt of providing important services that prolong and improve human lives has been the company’s main component.
• The company has designed programs that have enhanced animal enrichment, zoo visitor’s education and recreation.
• The company believes that its animal programs/presentations provide helpful and learning experiences to the public.
• The objective of the company’s programs is to create knowledge and excitement on the theme of animal behaviours in action. People visit zoos are there primarily wanting to be entertained and these programs will give us an opportunity to convey conservation messages while the animal are in action.
• In animal breeding programs, the company had played important role in bringing several institutions together which have collection of wild animals but lacking financial or know-how of captive breeding.
• The most prominent effort toward animal conservation that the company has brought together is the animal conservation educational presentation. The program is operated in an entertainment format inspiring public to remember the theme of the program and the conservation message the company delivers. The format includes telling young children and adults about the forest and the animals as well as its phenomenon and also how the public can play its role in saving them.
• The company has also educated general public about the natural behaviours of some wild animals in a forest environment. This program is called “Journey to the Jungle” which is intended to create all possible behaviors for the animals to perform naturally and give the public with an exception experience to remember. After the program is concluded, there will be some amount of contact session with the animal after the show where some birds and animals can be brought for the audience to touch. Ultimately, the company believes this program will convey love and respect for animal as well as conservation message.
• Animal welfare is the company’s major precedence in all programs. Animal trainers ensure the safety and health of the animals is taken care of. Fresh food and water is given to the animals daily. Cleanliness of animal shelters is ensured everyday.          
• Handlings of the animals that are used in the programs are only allowed by sufficiently trained employees. The employees are those who also maintain good standards of animal welfare and beliefs.
• Animal trainers are not allowed to brutally castigate the animals that are used in programs. In order to gain positive support and discipline from the animals, food treats are frequently rewarded. The company strictly imposes disciplinary action including termination on employees who breach this policy.
• Every once a year, all animal and trainers engaged in the programs will be screened for transmissible diseases. Employees with noticeable signs of ill health will strictly not allow to work or come in contact with the animals.
• The company ensures the safety of the public, animals and employees in all programs. This is done by following the respective policies of the institutions the company work with.
